If anything we are to be guilty of, or better yet proud of, it would be to underpromise and always over deliver, not be late, tell the truth about product performance, do not "nickel and dime" our clients, answer our phones, and always communicate the progress of your order, or services purchased from start to finish.
We love our jobs and the people we serve, and it can be seen and heard in our attitudes. We trust our customers, and they trust us...and we like that!
We impart our own sense of respect and honesty in how we do business. Overpricing and over promising is rampant enough in our world today, and we feel we could all do with less of that, and more of value and service, for all of our hard earned dollars.
